Style Sheet for
Manuscript for the Conference booklet and English Abstract
Presenters of Research Presentation Session at the Asian Sport Law Association 2015 International Conference should be submitted your manuscript for the Conference booklet and English abstract by the deadline specified below. The manuscript will be translated and distributed on the day of your presentation as your 20min. presentation manuscript. Therefore, please submit your manuscript as you would present on the day.
- Submission
Your submission must be both in data AND printed document.
l Data: Send your document data file to both e-mail addresses below;

l Printed Document: Print out all of your manuscript and abstract and send them by post to the address below;

Submit your manuscript and abstract by

- Format for the Manuscript
l Language: Japanese, Chinese, or Korean, or English
If you are presenting in English, submit your manuscript both in English and your native language.
l Software: Microsoft Word
l Paper size: A4 size paper
l Lines: 40 lines per page (40 full-size characters per line for Japanese, Chinese and Korean)
l Font size: 10.5
l Pages: Maximum 4 pages
l Margin: Top, Bottom and both sides should be 30mm
l Others:
○ Alphabets and numbers are in half-size characters.
○ Comma, semi-colon, etc are in full-size. (if applicable)
○ Footnotes should be placed at the end of the each page.
○ For the title, skip one line from top and write a title on the 2nd line with centering format.
○ Skip one line from the title line, and write your name and affiliation on 4th line with centering format.
○ Affiliation should come after your name with brackets ( ).
○ Main text should be started from 6th line (Refer the example below).
- Format for the English Abstract
l Language: English
If you are presenting in English, your manuscript should be in English.
l Software: Microsoft Word
l Paper size: A4 size paper
l Lines: 40 lines per page
l Font size: 10.5
l Page: 1 page
l Margin: Top, Bottom and both sides should be 30mm
l Others:
○ Skip one line from top and write a title on the 2nd line with centering format.
○ Skip one line from the title line, and write your name and affiliation on 4th line with centering format.
○ Affiliation should come after your name with brackets ( ).
○ Main text should be started from 6th line (Refer the example below).
- Eligibility to Present
l You are eligible to present once you completed all of below;
○ Submit the official registration form for your presentation.
○ Complete your participation fee payment, JPY 20,000.
The participation fee would not apply to the official invited presenters.
○ If there is anyone other than the 1st author to put names as presenters, those participants need to pay the participation fee.
