PARTICIPANT INFORMATION
- OVERVIEW & POURPOSE
Japan, Korea, and China, as member countries of Asia Sport Law Association, have experienced or are preparing the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Asia. The Legal requirements of the Olympic and Paralympic Games have established based on the philosophy of Western countries in most of times. As three developed sport nations in Asia, how we deal with these legal issues and how we establish the legal structure based on past experience and Asian specificity would be very important model cases for Asian region countries where the big economical development is expected in near future.
This conference would focus on the legal issues of the Olympic and Paralympic Games hosting nations, and discuss the issues and solutions.

(2) Registration fee
JPY 20,000.- (including handouts and receptions)
(3) Eligibility
The member of the Japan Sports Law Association, the China Association for Sports Law, the Korean Association of Sports and Entertainment Law, and a person who is recommended by the Association.
(4) Registration
– Submit the registration form to the Japan Sports Law Association Office by e-mail (info.jsla@gmail.com).
– The presenters who are recommended by the Association also need to submit the registration form.
(5) Presentation Language and Detail
– Language: Japanese, Chinese or Korean
– Presentation should be done in your language by following your presentation extract that is submitted in advance.
– Presentation extract will be printed in the Extract proceedings in three languages, Japanese, Chinese, and Korean.
– Each presenter has 20 min.
– Interpretation will be provided for Q & A.
